    About CAF and M4R

    CAF: CAF is Apple's flexible audio container used inside iOS and macOS apps and by GarageBand. Files can be any length and hold many codecs.

    M4R: M4R is the iPhone ringtone format. It is an AAC audio file (the same as M4A) with a different extension, and iOS only accepts ringtones up to 30–40 seconds long.
