    About 3GA and M4R

    3GA: 3GA is the audio-only 3GPP format created by Samsung and other Android voice recorders. It usually contains AAC or AMR audio.

    M4R: M4R is the iPhone ringtone format. It is an AAC audio file (the same as M4A) with a different extension, and iOS only accepts ringtones up to 30–40 seconds long.
