Your files

Files you convert are processed locally in your browser and are never uploaded to our servers or any third party. We cannot see, store or recover them.

Information we collect

  • Anonymous usage counters: when a conversion finishes we record the tool, the source and target format, the file size and whether it succeeded, added to daily totals. No file names, file contents or personal identifiers are stored.
  • Page view counts: the page address and referring website, as daily totals.
  • Ratings and messages: if you rate a tool or contact us, we store what you send. To prevent abuse we store a one-way hashed version of your IP address, never the IP itself.
  • Server logs: our host keeps standard web-server logs (IP address, browser, time) for security, deleted on a rolling basis.

Advertising

We use Google AdSense to show ads. Google and its partners use cookies to serve ads based on your visits to this and other websites.
