About MTS and MOV
MTS: MTS/M2TS files come from Sony, Panasonic and Canon HD camcorders (AVCHD). They are high quality but hard to play on phones.
MOV: MOV is Apple's QuickTime format and the default for videos recorded on iPhone. Recent iPhones record MOV files in HEVC (H.265), which many Windows PCs and older Android phones can't play.
