About VOB and MOV
VOB: VOB files are the video files on a DVD disc (inside the VIDEO_TS folder).
MOV: MOV is Apple's QuickTime format and the default for videos recorded on iPhone. Recent iPhones record MOV files in HEVC (H.265), which many Windows PCs and older Android phones can't play.
