    7Z: 7Z is the 7-Zip archive format. Its LZMA2 compression usually makes files 10–40% smaller than ZIP, and it supports strong AES-256 encryption including encrypted file names.

    ZIP: ZIP is the universal archive format. It bundles many files and folders into one compressed file, and every computer and phone can open it without extra software.
